At AIRAmed, we work at the interface between medical research and applied technological innovation. We develop medical software solutions to bring innovative research results to patients in a timely manner and to significantly improve the lives of patients and their families.

Alzheimer's disease and other dementias are considered the second most feared diseases after cancer. With our AI software, we enable early detection of these diseases. The earlier neurodegenerative diseases are detected, the greater the chance of successful therapy.

YOUR TASKS

• Conception and implementation of a process for the technical customer support
• Mapping of the process in the existing CRM system
• Contact person for technical questions from customers and prospects
• Problem identification, error analysis and problem solving by e-mail and telephone
• Role as an interface between commercial sales and development
• Support and implementation of software installations at customer sites and at sales cooperation partners (remote)
• Conception and development of technical customer documentation
• Technical support for existing customers

YOUR PROFILE

• You enjoy advising on technical issues and dealing with customers
• You are communicative and approach challenges independently, analytically and problem-oriented
• Technical contexts inspire you and you are interested in the topics of radiology, software, imaging and artificial intelligence
• Operating systems such as Windows and Linux as well as networks are familiar territory for you; perhaps you already have experience with Docker or PostgreSQL
• You have studied computer science, bioinformatics or business informatics or you have comparable expertise
• Your german and english language skills are excellent
