Sales Manager for medical/radiological software

At AIRAmed, we work at the interface between medical research and applied technological innovation. We develop medical software solutions to bring innovative research results to patients in a timely manner and to significantly improve the lives of patients and their families.
Alzheimer's disease and other dementias are considered the second most feared diseases after cancer. With our AI software, we enable early detection of these diseases. The earlier neurodegenerative diseases are detected, the greater the chance of successful therapy.
To make this innovative software internationally successful, we are looking for you!
YOUR TASKS
- Redesign and optimization of the existing sales process together with the team
- Development of a concept for mapping the process in the CRM system
- Acquiring new customers by phone, e-mail, using social media and innovative sales and marketing automation tools (we run a pure remote sales without field sales)
- Creation and negotiation of offers
- Willingness to participate in trade conventions and industry events internationally
- Support of existing customers
- Conception and drafting of sales documents
- Close cooperation with management, marketing and technical support
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a passion for sales and dealing with people and the acquisition of new customers is exactly what you are looking for.
- You love networking, you have a friendly and self-confident manner and good communication skills
- You successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable degree and/or you already have several years of professional experience in sales
- Expertise in the field of medical devices, imaging and radiology are an advantage, but one time is always the first time.
- A talent for organization and a structured way of working are two of your key strengths
- You have very good written and spoken English skills
- You work independently and as part of a team and have a good sense of assertiveness and perseverance
