Who we are
Dr. Tobias Lindig
Managing Director, Specialist in Radiology, Specialist in Neurology
My personal mission is to bring the latest findings and possibilities from clinical research to the patient as quickly as possible. In my many years as a doctor and researcher at the University Hospital of Tübingen, I have often seen valuable research results disappear into a drawer. With AIRAmed’s innovative software solutions, we want to prevent exactly that.
Christiane Lindig
Head of Corporate Development, Authorised Signatory
Inspiring customers – for our products, for our services, for us as a company and for the people behind it – that is my daily motivation when it comes to advancing our team, processes, products and services as Head of Corporate Development.
Dr. Benjamin Bender
Specialist in Radiology, Focussing on Neuroradiology, Head of Product Management, Authorised Signatory
Long ago for my professional career, I had to decide between medicine and computer science. At that time, I decided in favour of medicine. After 15 years of clinical experience in radiology, I can now combine both passions in my job as head of strategic product management at AIRAmed. I particularly enjoy the fact that I get to develop software solutions every day that have a positive impact on patients’ lives and make work in the clinic easier.

My path to AIRAmed
At first, I did chemistry as my degree but after working in corporate, I found out I enjoyed the problem-solving aspects of coding and data science. After learning more about the software development world, I figured I wanted to apply my skills somewhere that aims to have a strong impact to society. Then I found out about the important medical work that AIRAmed was involved in, so I was keen to join the team and here I am today!
Adventure or relaxation vacation?
Adventure vacation! I want to explore the places I go to, see the different sights, learn more about culture and how different people around the world live!

About me
Empowering our Research & Development Team to perform at its best on a daily basis, reacting quickly to new customer requirements and creating new standards in patient care with our products is what drives me. My passion is machine learning. I put a lot of my heart and soul into researching new disruptive products for our product range.
Joan Sigloch
About me
At AIRAmed, I can apply the deep learning skills I learned in my studies within a meaningful setting while learning a lot of new things in the field of medical image processing and analysis on a daily basis. From research and development to customer support, I deal with the most diverse areas of software development, allowing me to contribute to a field that I’m passionate about. Lunch together, occasional spikeball sessions and the traditional after-work beer on Fridays round off the working day and make for a very pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Paul Rinnert

I can relax best...
by taking a walk through the woods.
My balance to work
is sports. I often go jogging or ride my road bike. Otherwise, I'm also up for any kind of ball sports.
Stefan Smaczny
My path to AIRAmed:
During my neuropsychology doctoral studies in Tübingen I was working with pathological, structural brain imaging. Yet, I felt my research work was missing real-world applicability. And lo and behold, I found a company in Tübingen that was able to fuse my passion for neuroscience and has a clinical application!
As a balance to work:
I am on a stage, playing music.
My favourite movie(s):
The „Cornetto Trilogy“ by Edgar Wright. It's a genius display of modern British culture...
With zombies, police action and aliens!
Dr. Maximilian Stalter
Tea or coffee?
As a liquid tee is the clear winner. However, I do have a soft spot for coffee when it comes in the form of chocolate or ice cream.
Early Bird or late riser?
Clearly an Early Bird, who can enjoy to stay in bed a little while longer and appreciates the benefits of a later start to the day.
My balance to work
I love sport and the feeling of giving your physical everything during a crossfit class and loosing all thoughts beyond that. Taking my bike for a short afterwork spin is great for relaxation and to reflect on the day.
Adventure or relaxation vacation?
Why not combined? How great is a holiday that is filled with adventures but is equally peaceful and relaxing.
Dr. Christoph Sperber
My path to AIRAmed:
AIRAmed is the logical continuation of my previous research activities - here my expertise in clinical and computational neuroscience has a chance to be applied in a meaningful way.
Tea or coffee?
